Do Not Call Policy

Last Updated: March 30, 2026

Coverage Cove is committed to complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), and all applicable state do-not-call laws.

Our Do Not Call Policy

Coverage Cove maintains an internal Do Not Call list. If you request to be placed on our Do Not Call list, we will:

  • Add your phone number to our internal Do Not Call list within 10 business days
  • Retain your Do Not Call request for at least 5 years
  • Ensure that neither Coverage Cove nor our marketing partners contact you at that number for telemarketing purposes

How to Request Placement on Our Do Not Call List

You may request to be added to our Do Not Call list by any of the following methods:

  1. Phone: Call 1-800-COVERAGE and request to be placed on our Do Not Call list
  2. Email: Send a request to donotcall@coveragecove.com with your phone number(s)
  3. Mail: Write to Coverage Cove, Do Not Call Department, with your name and phone number(s)

Please include all phone numbers you wish to have added to our list.

National Do Not Call Registry

You may also register your phone number on the National Do Not Call Registry at donotcall.gov or by calling 1-888-382-1222 from the phone you wish to register. Registration is free and does not expire.

About Our Call Practices

  • Consumer-initiated calls: When you click a "call" button on our website, you are initiating the call. This is not telemarketing.
  • Follow-up calls: If you submit your information through our contact form, you are consenting to be contacted by licensed insurance agents in our network. You may revoke this consent at any time.
  • Consent revocation: You may revoke consent to receive calls by any reasonable method, including telling the caller, emailing us, or calling our main number. We will honor revocations within 10 business days.

Compliance with State Laws

Coverage Cove complies with all state-specific telemarketing and do-not-call regulations, including but not limited to laws in California, Connecticut, Florida, New York, Texas, and Washington. Where state laws provide greater protections than federal law, we follow the stricter standard.
